The project.
Phantom – Marlow Painters and Decorators were brought in at short notice complete interior painting and decorating of this Marlow hotel because the Marlow painter and decorator that had started the work, did not carry it out correctly or produce to a sufficiently high standard expected of a professional Marlow painter and decorator.

Specification.
Phantom – Marlow painters and decorators specialise in hotel decorating projects of all sizes – from standard hotel rooms, luxury hotel suites to entire hotel. At this hotel our Marlow decorators carried out extensive decorating of the hotel room that sustained significant water damage.
On the hotel room ceilings our Marlow painter and decorator applied stain block sealer followed by two coats Dulux Supermatt Pure Brilliant White in the bedroom, lobby and throughout the bathroom including ceiling and frieze, which had endured the most water damage from a leak above.
On the hotel room walls, our Marlow painter and decorator applied Dulux Muted Stone to all walls. All brass-plated sockets and switch plates were temporarily removed during painting and decorating and reinstated on completion.
All woodwork, dado rail, skirting boards but excluding the doors, were painted in an acrylic eggshell because of its hard-wearing properties, making it suitable for high traffic areas including hotel rooms.
