Phantom – London City Painters and Decorators were briefed by a London property staging company to create two feature walls in this 22nd-floor one-bedroom luxury apartment at Ten Park Drive, designed by world-renowned Architects, Stanton Williams, for its Swiss owners, to exceptionally high standard & cleanliness for their London City pied-a-terre.
Creating these two feature walls required skill and experience to ensure an exceptional finish as well as leaving the luxury apartment clean for when the owners next visit so East London painting and decorating contractors, Phantom – experts in Canary Wharf painting were called in.
Our East London decorators regularly do East London painting and decorating projects for interior designers in luxury properties of all sizes – from pied-a-terre to large mansions. This was a small project from our regular property staging client that we could quite easily fit in between our larger East London decorating projects.
As high end residential East London painters and decorators we only deploy painters and decorators not only with the right skills and experience but demeanour and professionalism – including appearance such as clean overalls and change of footwear to protect carpet and wood floor.
Our East London decorator applied these deeper and rich colours skilfully to ensure clean sharp lines around other colours and surfaces that were not to be painted including white skirting, adjacent walls and ceiling.
When our East London painter and decorator first arrived at this luxury City apartment it was rather clinical, everywhere was painted in new build conventional Pure Brilliant White. It was clear that this lovely East London apartment was yearning for an injection of warmth and colour to this newly built 41-floor skyscraper.
Perhaps rather unusually, the feature wall in the living room divides it diagonally from one corner of the reception area to the next, leaving the walls towards the open plan kitchen, white. This had the effect of creating two different zones within one living space, namely the seating area and TV wall and the dining table. When seated on the sofa, you are facing the Dropcloth wall to give warmth while watching TV or enjoying the jaw-dropping views from the 22nd floor. While seated at the dining table, you are facing a clean white but not too clinical area.
