Phantom Painters and Decorators aims to encourage, value and manage diversity. In particular, we are committed to equal treatment for all clients, suppliers, employees, workers, sub-contractors and job applicants. To this end no-one will be discriminated against or receive less favourable treatment because of a ‘protected characteristic.

Phantom Painters and Decorators wish to attain a workforce that is representative of the communities from which we serve. These principles in our equality, diversity and inclusion statement apply to the manner in which our staff treat clients, our business partners and visitors.

The Equality Act 2010 legally protects employees, workers and service users from discrimination including:

The nine protected characteristics under section 4 of the Equality Act 2010 are:

Everyone, including employees, workers and other persons are protected from harassment under the Protection of Harassment Act 1997. We will robustly enforce, or assist victims in obtaining protection from harassment. This can include obtaining civil injunctions in the courts.
